Homemade Bisquick

Yield: 6 cups


6 cups all purpose flour
3 tablespoons baking powder
1 tablespoon salt
1/2 cup cold unsalted butter

Mix all dry ingredients. Cut in cold butter with pastry cutter. Store in an airtight container in the frig for up to three months.
